Qualcomm is set to unveil its next-generation Snapdragon processor, which is rumored to be called Snapdragon 898, on November 30th.

It will be an improved version of the Snapdragon 888+ 5G chipset, Qualcomm’s most powerful chipset currently.

Qualcomm’s current flagship chip, Snapdragon 888+ 5G is already a hit, securing 8,574,689 and 1,158 / 3,628 points (single-core / multi-core) on the AnTuTu and Geekbench platforms, respectively.

So we can expect the next Snapdragon 898 chipset to surpass these results.

What are the expected highlights of Snapdragon 898?

The Snapdragon 898 chipset will be based on the ARM Cortex-X2 microarchitecture and will be built with a 5 nm fabrication. You will get three mid-performance CPU cores based on Cortex-A710 and four efficient cores based on Cortex-A510.

The chip is considered to be the fastest 5G processor and will support the Snapdragon X65 modem, Adreno 730 graphics and Wi-Fi 6E.

OnePlus 10 Pro

OnePlus 10 Pro: It is likely to start at Rs. 65,000

It is rumored that the OnePlus 10 series will debut early next year with a Snapdragon 898 chipset.

The Pro model will feature a punch design and a 6.7-inch (1440×3216 pixels) Fluid AMOLED QHD + display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and an integrated fingerprint reader.

The device will include up to 12GB of RAM, up to 256GB of storage and a 4,500mAh battery with fast charging support.

It will oppose a redesigned camera configuration

The square-shaped rear camera unit of the OnePlus 10 Pro will include a 5x periscope zoom lens and two more camera sensors. There will be a single snapper selfie in front.

Samsung Galaxy S22

Samsung Galaxy S22: It is likely to start at Rs. 60,000

Samsung’s next flagship line, the Galaxy S22 series, will debut on February 8 next year and will include the S22, S22 + and S22 Ultra vanilla models.

The Galaxy S22 will have an IP68 rating and a 6.06-inch Full-HD + (1080×2400 pixels) dynamic AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate.

It will house a set of Snapdragon 898 chips, run Android 12 and include a 3,700 mAh battery.

A 16 MP front camera is expected

The Samsung Galaxy S22 is said to have a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultra wide angle lens and a 12 MP telephoto sensor with an optical zoom of up to 3x. In front, you can have a 16 MP selfie snapper.

Xiaomi 12

Xiaomi 12: It is likely to start at Rs. 70,000

Xiaomi 12 is said to debut on the end of this year and will feature a curved-edged ceramic body and a 6.8-inch (1440×3200-pixel) LTPO AMOLED QHD screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate.

It will be powered by a set of Snapdragon 898 chips, combined with up to 12 GB of RAM, Android 12 compatibility and a 5,000 mAh battery with fast charging of 50 W.

It will have a 50MP telescope telescope sensor

The Xiaomi 12 will come equipped with a 50 MP primary sensor, a 50 MP ultra wide angle camera and a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens with an optical zoom of up to 5x. For selfies, you may have a 32 MP front shooter.

Motorola Edge 30 Ultra

It will have a 60 MP front camera

The Edge 30 Ultra will offer a triple rear camera layout that includes a 50 MP primary sensor, a 50 MP ultra wide angle lens and a 2 MP depth camera. On the front, a 60 MP selfie snapper is rumored.
